Our complaints handling procedure reflects our values and commitment to deliver a transparent inspectorate. It seeks to resolve complainer dissatisfaction as quickly as possible and to conduct thorough, impartial and fair investigations of complaints. Please note that our complaints handling procedure does not extend to individual complaints about any police body, which should instead be directed to the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (PIRC).
