During the summer of 2009, HM Inspectorate of Constabulary for Scotland (HMICS) conducted a high-level review examining how the eight Scottish police forces are managing the very high priority (VHP) risk areas identified by the 2007/08 Scottish Strategic Assessment. This report presents our findings for Central Scotland Police.
