During the summer of 2009, Her Majesty’s Inspectorate for Scotland (HMICS) conducted a high-level review examining how the eight Scottish police forces are managing the very high priority (VHP) risk areas identified by the 2007-08 Scottish Strategic Assessment. This report presents our findings for Northern Constabulary.
