An experienced Firearms, Public Order and Event Commander, Brian has led a significant number of major events, parades, demonstrations, investigations and critical incidents across Scotland. These have included the Clutha Tragedy, the Commonwealth Games Athletics and Closing Ceremony and regular high profile football matches in Glasgow and in Edinburgh.
