Complaints about Biometrics

Should your complaint relate to your biometric data (image, fingerprints, DNA) being held by Police Scotland, the Scottish Police Authority, or the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner — where you have been arrested, or where your biometrics data has been taken because you are a victim, suspect, or witness — you can complain to the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner. A complaints form is on their website.
